To provide the VividHarbor AI Assistant we rely on the third-party providers below. Each is engaged under written terms requiring appropriate confidentiality and security, as described in our Data Processing Addendum.
Our AI model providers are contractually prohibited from using data we send them to train their models.

Changes to this list
We will update this page at least 30 days before adding or replacing a subprocessor that processes customer or visitor personal data. Customers who want advance email notice of changes can request it at privacy@vividstack.dev. Objection rights are described in section 4 of the Data Processing Addendum.
